Eduardo Murray
Founder and Partner | Murray Legal
Eduardo has practiced law since 1998 and is admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP). He earned his law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University School of Law and holds a postgraduate degree in International Economic Relations Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He built his career within some of the most prestigious legal and corporate institutions in Brazil and abroad.
Professional Background
His experience includes renowned law firms such as Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Baker & McKenzie, in addition to working in the global consulting market within Deloitte’s M&A department. He also held executive legal positions at multinational corporations such as AT&T Latin America, Huawei Technologies, ZTE Corporation, and Fidelity Group, leading complex M&A projects, corporate transactions, and international negotiations. This background consolidated his expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, technology, and telecommunications.
Eduardo also has extensive experience advising the nonprofit sector in Brazil and abroad, particularly in the structuring and governance of international associations and foundations. He has been a member of IAJA – Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats and served as a director of PLG International Lawyers, a global network of law firms.
Current Practice
In addition to his work in corporate and international law, Eduardo advises Chinese groups operating in Brazil, assisting them in legal, regulatory, and strategic matters related to the consolidation of their investments in the country.
He is the author of articles published in specialized media in Brazil and abroad, and he frequently speaks on corporate and international law. Renowned for combining legal rigor with business strategy, he brings global experience and a practical approach, delivering secure and effective solutions for clients in complex business environments.

Graduated in Law from PUC-Santos (1972) and admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP), Paulo Gustavo brings more than 50 years of legal experience, with a distinguished career in Brazil’s electric power sector, participating in decisive moments of its restructuring.
Professional Background
He began his career at Paulo Roberto Murray Advogados and later joined the legal departments of Light S.A. and Eletropaulo, where he held strategic positions, including Head of the Concessions Department and Corporate Secretary.
A specialist in corporate, labor, and civil law, he played a central role in major legal operations, most notably in the privatization process of Eletropaulo, conducted under his direct legal responsibility.
His experience ranges from public service concession structuring to complex corporate transactions, consistently marked by technical rigor and strategic insight in the energy sector.

Laura Rolim de Moraes

Graduated in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (1998) and admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP), Laura holds a Master’s degree in Law from PUC-SP. She has over 20 years of experience in civil, labor, and criminal litigation, as well as in commercial contract advisory services for corporate and private clients.
Professional Background
Founder of Rolim de Moraes Advogados Associados, located on Avenida Paulista, Laura has also worked at prestigious law firms such as Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados Associados; Pádua Pinto & Pimenta Advogados; and Neder & Augusto Corporate Legal Consulting.
Her experience includes complex cases before federal and state courts, as well as superior courts, in addition to conducting hearings in civil, labor, and criminal matters across multiple jurisdictions. She combines solid litigation practice with strategic dispute resolution, advising both corporate and individual clients.

Laura is a professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure in courses preparing candidates for the Brazilian Bar Exam (OAB), bringing together practical experience and technical training to contribute to the advancement of the Brazilian legal profession.

She began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank and later joined Citibank, working in Brazil and New York, where she became Vice President of Private Banking, responsible for managing international investments and high-net-worth client portfolios.
She also served as Vice President at Merrill Lynch in São Paulo, and later joined BSI AG, a Swiss private banking institution, advising international portfolios. Throughout her career, she played a key role in global investments, fiduciary services, and succession planning, always focused on customized solutions for business families and high-net-worth clients.
In recent years, she specialized in the multi-family office sector, with experience at Banco Itaú Europa Luxembourg, Consenso Multi Family Office, and UBS Consenso Multi Family Office, deepening her expertise in wealth structuring, international planning, and global investments.
